We’re not a faceless business, and we’re proud to be engineer-led. As a team, we’re people-focused, service-obsessed and technology-savvy.
We are a family run business. Our Co-Founders Adam & Ian went to college together, studying Electrical Installation, completed their apprenticeships and decided after gathering the experience and industry knowledge to run Apex Doma. Many of the team are close family friends, giving us a unique team ethic and culture.

Ian Pownall
Co-Founder
Ian oversees new business and system design for our customers as an experienced engineer with deep solar expertise, he is also the face of our YouTube channel. Ian shapes the customer journey and drives the business forward with fresh ideas.
Adam Drinkwater
Co-Founder
Adam is our Managing Director, leading the business with a focus on performance, team support, and delivering on our promises. He also oversees Finance & Operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from planning to installation.
Stephanie Tabah
Marketing Director
Steff leads our brand and communications, ensuring our message is clear and consistent. She oversees the strategic direction of the business, and supports company growth and performance (AKA keeps the boys in check).
